30 ml Golden Grape Brandy
20 ml Khukri Rum
15 gms Ginger
10 ml Lime Juice
1/3 spoon Black Salt and Cinnamon Powder
1 cup Hot Water
- Place the ginger, lime and black salt in a sturdy glass.
- Use the muddler to crush ginger, lime and salt. Pour hot water and keep it aside for a minute.
- Add honey and brandy in the parfait glass.
- Strain the muddled drink and pour it over honey brandy mixture. Stir it.
- Top up with rum and put the cinnamon powder. Serve hot.
